Karol McAllister

Karol McAllister brings more than 40 years of experience helping individuals and families plan with confidence. Since joining Federal Hill Financial, LLC, in 2007 she has focused on guiding clients through retirement preparedness, income planning, and major life decisions with clear, practical advice.

Karol began her career in 1985 working with new investors and quickly realized how much she enjoyed helping people take their first steps toward long-term goals such as retirement, education funding, and major life events. That early experience still shapes her approach today: listening first, simplifying complex choices, and partnering with clients so decisions are made together.

A lifelong Connecticut resident, Karol graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a concentration in economics and finance. She currently serves on the Canton Public Library Board of Trustees and has been Chair for the last three years.

Outside of work, Karol enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, skiing, and spending time outdoors.

She holds FINRA registrations 6, 7, 63, and 66 through Commonwealth Financial Network® and is licensed to offer life insurance and annuities.
